Long Islanders will have the opportunity to learn from Mauro Stemberger, bonsai artist, architect and founder of the Italian Bonsai Dream, a workshop place in Italy, just north of Venice.  The Bonsai Society of Greater New York, Inc., the East Coast’s oldest bonsai club, is sponsoring Mr. Stemberger’s presentation at the William C.
