Dot Koski, long time secretary at Northport Junior High School, Middleville Junior High School and Northport High School, died on August 28, 2020 in Boca Raton, Florida. Her daughter Susan Koski Caggiano was at her side.

Dot is remembered with fondness by everyone who worked with her during her years of service to the district, a sentiment eloquently expressed by R-UTN member Chuck Perretti.

I met Dot Koski the first day I traveled to northport in 1972 for my interview with then Principal Mark Roland. She was bright, cheerful and very competent.I always felt she was gracious, kind and upstanding.I benefited from her character and service as I began my 32 year tenure at Middlevile, Northport J.H.S and Northport H.S.
It is sorrow and appreciation that fills my heart and mind.

Dot’s son, William Koski, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2020.  Susan is understandably distraught after losing her mother and brother in such a short period. Please keep her in your thoughts at this difficult time.

Susan will have a celebration of Dot Koski’s life in the spring. Details to follow at a later date
